The 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen user interface of the Xerox B215 has smartphone-like functionality. Simply swipe and tap your way through your printing, copy, fax, and scanning functions with ease.

The colour scanning feature helps you to create top quality electronic files in a flash. Scan directly to a USB device, email, PC, or network, or open them directly in an application.

Fast printing your way

A small printer with big performance the Xerox B215 has the capacity to print up to 30 black and white A4 documents per minute. Fast speeds do not come with a sacrifice to quality. Expect prints with crisp and clear text and graphics.

The built-in Wi-Fi and compatibility with numerous operating systems allow you to print securely from your mobile device, desktop or laptop with native android support, Mopria certification, and Apple AirPrint compatibility.

No access to a Wi-Fi network is not a problem for the Xerox B215. Wi-Fi Direct provides you with a secure connection from your printer to any of your devices, allowing for wireless printing without the need for any complicated set-up. Furthermore, you can print from any external hard drive or USB stick, using the USB port situated on the front of the printer.

Q. how to print from iphone 13 to B215 via airprint
A. The Xerox B215 supports Apple AirPrint, so as long as the printer is set up onto the same wireless network as your Apple device, you will be able to print via AirPrint.
Q. Is the B215 compatible with Mac OS Big Sur?
A. The Xerox B215 is compatible with macOS 11 Big Sur.
Q. is this printer able to print in A5? also is there a second tray option?
A. The Xerox B215 is capable of printing in A5. The are no secondary tray options available for the Xerox B215. However, the Xerox WorkCentre 3345DNi is a comparable model which has optional additional trays.

Great Black and White Laser Printer for Home/Office Pandemic Working

The Printerland Xerox B215 must surely be about the best for pandemic printing. It is just perfect for reliable intensive black and white office printing when working regularly from home. It has proved compact and light to move from room to room easy to set up with clear instructions and friendly Youtube videos to help if needed. The print quality and speed of printing and scanning are outstanding and the flexibility for automated duplex printing makes terrific savings day after day. Options for wired and wireless connectivity are another real advantage. The printer software always alerts users to printer status safeguarding toner an paper usage. Overall - thoroughly recommended.

It is my first time to try and but a printer . I kept searching all sites and stores to find a suitable printer however the only site that gives you enough and stisfactory information about printers is printerland. I was happy with the purchase and do recommend them . Also prices are good and they are the only store that has almost every printer available for sale.

Bought this to replace another printer that went wrong shortly after the warranty expired 12 months . Chose this printer as only need B W and opted for the additional 2 year site based warranty. Very pleased with the build quality and print quality is what you would expect from Xerox. Added bonus is that it does double sided prints which the old one didn t. Price was the best I could find online. Experienced some initial delays with the delivery which were not directly related to Printerland. Printerland compensated me with a spare toner cartridge which was very fair and reasonable compensation for the delivery delays. Customer service by Printerland employees Matthew Rebecca has been exceptional throughout. Would thoroughly recommend Printerland and will be using them again. Many thanks.

As with all the other review requests this one came in just after receipt of the goods. So my ratings are based not on prolonged use but on the set-up and print function only. 1. Set-up very easy with clear instructions immediate connection to wi-fi and simple driver download once I twigged that the first of three drivers listed on the Zerox site contained the second and third drivers listed. 2. It is nicely compact with a slightly smaller footprint than the old Lexmark Inkjet. 3. good quality solid black print-out of test pages superior to the inkjet. 4. Looking forward to not cleaning printheads before each print Only occasional personal user.

As a professional yet voluntary organisation reporting to HQ Coastguard we needed to knock things up a peg and look for an easy to maintain robust solution at modest prices. We didn't need bells and whistles we needed an 'install and forgot' policy. The Xerox B215 we opted for is that and more economic as it's a mono laser clever because it email us automatically when it needs a new toner cartridge or attention and the best bit is that the scan to email feature is a piece of cake. We also opted for the on-site warranty as it lives 100 feet up overlooking the Solent At under 200 it's a steal Printrerland's turnaround was great ordered at lunchtime arrived the next morning can't fault them.

My old ink jet was starting to make new noises as a Canon product it has always done well and i have had it for 10yrs and i needed to upgrade my office to produce better printing so i decided to go laser jet and i still needed a copier . I had herd xerox were expensive to run but Carl at printer land answered most of my questions .I didn't ask him about new eco thinking where customers might be wanting a print copier system with less environmental impact and the Canon refill system seemed on the right road for green thinking rather than whole cartridges being sent and colour printing can be expensive if your a small business so opted for mono and printer land gave me a good deal on an extra toner. I didn't quite believe it would be with me the next day i phoned after 12 but it was so great device and good deal I even phoned them back to thank them.

What is AirPrint?

Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

What You See is What You Print

If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Third-Party Apps

There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

*For full AirPrint support, a printer firmware upgrade may be required which is available directly from the relevant manufacturer website.

What is Mopria?

Mopria is a simple solution created to enable seamless printing from Android devices to any Mopria-certified printer, connected to the same wireless network as your Android device. It gives users the ability to connect to any compatible printer nearby and eliminates the need for additional drivers or software.

Most Android devices now come with Mopria Print Service preinstalled, but if it doesn’t you can download the Mopria Print Service App from Google Play or from the Mopria website. The app allows users to customise print settings from changing the colour or orientation of a document to selecting double-sided printing or choosing the right paper size and media type. If an app on your mobile device has a print option, you can use Mopria to print documents, PDF’s, emails, web pages, photos or other content you may need.

How does it work?
