Where is my Order?

You can track your order here...

Can I track my order online?

Yes, once you place an order, regular updates can be tracked as we process and ship your goods. Once shipped, courier tracking details will be displayed so you can keep track of your delivery.

Please visit our Order Tracking page and have your order ID and delivery postcode to hand.

I have only received part of my order...What do I do?

Where possible, we will always try and combine your items in a single delivery. Sometimes this is not possible and you may have to sign for separate deliveries.

We will still provide courier information for each item which can be viewed on our Order Tracking page by entering your order ID and delivery postcode.

Where can I find my printer serial number?

Most serial numbers are found on the white sticker at the rear of the printer.

For Lexmark printers, you may find your serial number detailed on the inside of the front access panel

For Samsung Printers purchased from 2018 onward, the serial number is printed on the external cardboard packaging.

My item is faulty. What do I do?

Should you find a fault with your item, a quick call to the manufacturer of your printer will usually help diagnose and fix the problem. Direct telephone numbers for all of our manufacturers can be found on our Customer Support page.

If you still find problems with your product after talking to the manufacturer, our customer service team will always help where they can on 0800 995 1992

If your item has arrived damaged from our courier, please get in touch with us straight away and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Why have I not received my Cashback, 3 year warranty or free gift?

Cashback and extended warranty promotions are implemented by the manufacturers and will need to be claimed by the customer after purchase.

Terms and conditions for each promotion and details of how to claim can be accessed by following the links within our 'Special Offer' boxes which will take you directly to claim form required.

Free gifts such as memory sticks, Kindles and fitness trackers are provided by Printerland, a separate downloadable claim form will need to be completed and sent back to us and your gift will be sent to you within 28 days.
