As Lexmark’s role to help minimise the impact on the environment develops, the Lexmark Cartridge Collection programme was introduced to help encourage customers to recycle their waste cartridges.
Small businesses have the ease of recycling thanks to Lexmark’s pre-paid postal labels. The Freepost service recycling option enables items to be returned free of charge.
The simple process consists of downloading the free postage label and printing it off. Lexmark’s cartridge bags and boxes can also be reused for recycling purposes, allowing the waste cartridges to be returned to Lexmark with no negligent impact on the environment. Once packaged up, attach the label to the box and drop it off at you nearest post office.
Eco box is a newly designed container supplied by Lexmark themselves, which is used for sending back multiple empty cartridges in one single process. If you require an Eco-box to help contribute to recycling, the Lexmark Cartridge Collection Programme ensures two prepaid postal boxes are shipped straight to you.
The process of ordering additional boxes free, online is simple.
If you’re using a total of 40 or more cartridges per year, recycling the cartridges is no issue. Lexmark’s Cartridge Collection Programme incorporates delivery options of boxes and pallets directly to your location, and collects them when they’re full.
