I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Luke in sales. Luke gave me excellent help and advice which helped me choose my new printer. Luke took my order an emails in regard the order were received straight away. At 9.30am this morning a knock at the door and my printer was being unloaded. At 11.30am this morning the printer was installed however it was not working properly. I called and spoke with Andy in Customer Services. Not 10 minutes on the telephone with Andy and we had exchanged emails showing the problem and he had sent an email showing me how to resolve the problem. Between you and me I think because it is really cold the machine still had not warmed up enough however I cleaned the toner and the machine is working perfectly. Well done Printerland.co.uk it was a pleasure dealing with you guys.

New printer scanner and copier purchased for a new office. Service was excellent with recommendation and advice given to ensure best value solution obtained. Delivery was prompt and straightforward set up to get the printer operational. Compact machine with required functions without taking up too much space. Xerox C405DN review
Placed order for the Xerox C405DN printer over the phone the sales guy who I spoke to whilst enquiring about the product Carl was very helpful in answering the questions I had regarding the product and gave all necessary information I needed. When placing the order I spoke again with the sales team and Richard Gresty was very helpful and polite the order process was quick and efficient and the product arrived on time - couldn't recommend Printerland anymore for their value and service. We have used this printer in the past and know using it again will speed up many processes in the office.

Too Good?
A professional printer scanner. Needed a little help from Printerland team to alter some of the illogical default settings but quickly sorted. Print quality and the sheen on the printing provides a professional print image even on copy paper. The speed duplexing and handling of large images is faultless it barely needs to think it just prints. Re- too good This relates to scanning. If you are scanning high resolution images this machine is perfect. However the lowest resolution you can scan is 200 dpi. We find this too high for scanning clean text documents we need to email. XEROX inform us this software problem cannot be changed - which is disappointing. On the plus side it can Scan to Text Optical Character Recognition- OCR ideal for converting old paper documents into new editable documents.

Good Workhorse!
This printer suits our needs and is fast reliable and so much quieter than any of our previous printers. Although I do need my daughter to help me when things go wrong I am very impressed by the helpful service given by all those I have spoken with at Printerland thank you.

Xerox C405DN - A great central small office printer.
Last year we upgraded our Brother multifunction printer to the Xerox C405DN MTP. This was primarily to over come some compatibility issues we were having and gain the option for colour prints. The Xerox has been amazing reliable and is surprisingly economical to run. I am sure we don't use all the features but have found the scan to email particularly useful when sending documents to remote workers.
