Q. Does HP WIDE RANGE PRO 477 come with warranty and how long for, could you extend for any options
A. The HP PageWide Pro 477dw comes with a One-year On-site Warranty as standard. There are additional warranties which can be purchased with the printer including a 3, 4 and 5 year extension. All information on additional warranties for this printer can be found using the link below:

Q. Does this printer come with any cartridges ? Also do you offer installation service. If so can I pick the time of the installation ? Thanks
A. Yes, the HP PageWide Pro 477dw comes with a HP 913 black starter ink cartridge (Up to 2500 pages) and HP 913 cyan, magenta and yellow starter ink cartridges (Up to 1000 pages each). Unfortunately we don't offer an installation service ourselves, but if you require any assistance we would recommend speaking to a member of HP's technical support team on 0207 660 0403 as they will be able to guide you through the process over the phone or send out an engineer to assist you further.
Q. Does this printer work on card without jamming?
A. Hi, Yes the HP PageWide Pro 477dw can support a maximum of 200gsm card.
Q. can you use A3 paper in the printer
A. The HP PageWide Pro 477dw can only print a maximum size of A4. Please take a look through our range of available A3 Multifunction Printers.
Q. Can you select which paper tray to use. For example could one paper tray have plain A$ and the other have Letterhead for printing letters only.
A. Yes, if you intended to add an additional 500 sheet tray to the HP PageWide Pro 477dw, the paper trays can be selected via the printers driver settings. This will allow you to fill the two trays with different media types or sizes.
Q. Does this printer only print out A4 size paper?
A. The HP PageWide Pro 477dw is capable of handling and printing onto various media sizes such as: Oficio, A4, A5, A6, B5 (JIS), B6 (JIS), 10 x 15 cm, envelopes (B5, C5, C6, DL) and Custom sizes (76 x 127 to 216 x 356 mm).
Q. Does this printer print canvas?

Bought this as a personal printer and I must say it’s lived up to my expectations. I’m very pleased with it. Some people have criticized the print quality and I have to confess it is not the greatest quality printer. However keeping in mind that this printer was designed for a general office environment, and comes bumbled with all kinds of features the printing quality for that kind of environment is very good. If I had wanted a ‘Professional’ printer I would have spent a few hundred pounds more on that alone. However, the Hp pro 477dw, does what I want, is good value for money and does what it says.

This is what I call an office printer. Fast, easy to set up, wonderful control panel and it looks good. The latest software means you can print from anywhere and print quality is excellent for an inkjet. This one has replaced an HP 8600Plus printer and I’m pleased the HP Pagewide 477dw outperforms it in every way. Fast delivery from Printerland makes the buying experience even more impressive. What is AirPrint?

Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

What You See is What You Print

If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers.
