HP will send replacement cartridges as you need them. Your printer must be connected to your network/wifi router with internet access and web services enabled. It then automatically orders supplies when you are running low.
A printed page counts the same whether it’s black and white or a colour. Pages are counted per printed side, thus a two- sided document would count as two printed pages.
The supplies replacement service automatically delivers ink and toner, as you need them, so you can take back the time you spend managing supplies inventory.
Supplies recycling is made easy with a downloadable prepaid label to return used cartridges, allowing a closed loop to sustainably create new cartridges.
For energy saving office printing, HP Auto-On/Auto-Off Technology automatically turns off the device to help individuals and businesses consume up to 26 times less energy.
If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, your unused pages will be automatically rolled over for future use. These rollover pages will be available in your account for up to one year. You can view and monitor your usage using the HP Print At Your Service Customer Portal.
If you exceed your print plan, we’ll automatically add to your plan on the anniversary based on usage over the previous 9 months, which would indicate an increase from your previous page plan.
If you have printed all of the pages in your plan and have used all of your rollover pages and your contract indicates an overage rate, the extra pages you print may be added to your invoice.
If you would like to change your plan, please contact us at least 60 days prior to your agreement anniversary date for plan adjustment details.
You can find out how many pages you have printed, how many rollover pages are available, and how many additional page blocks you have purchased by signing in to the HP Print At Your Service Customer Portal.
Your supplies and services plan will automatically renew on your anniversary date for up to five years. You have an opportunity to adjust or cancel your plan each year.
