You can cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase. After that, you’re committed for a minimum of 18 months. If you decide to cancel early, you’ll be moved to the lowest page plan for your printer and charged for the remaining months. Your printer must be returned to Epson.
Can I extend my ReadyPrint MAX subscription after 18 months?
Absolutely! Once your initial 18-month term ends, you can continue your subscription on a flexible month-to-month basis. You’re free to cancel and return your printer whenever you choose.
When will I receive my ReadyPrint Max Printer?
Once your subscription is set-up, your printer will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
How do I set up my ReadyPrint MAX printer?
Upon delivery you will receive the relevant readyprint '-U' model of your chosen printer. This '-U' model is specific to ReadyPrint Max configurations and is designed to function as part of your new ReadyPrint Max subscription to ensure set-up is as quick and simple as possible.

How do I return a ReadyPrint MAX printer?

Can I recycle my empty Epson EcoTank bottles?
Yes! EcoTank ink bottles are made from Polypropylene (PP), which can typically be recycled through household kerbside recycling. Check with your local authority for details about your area’s recycling program.
Can I resell my ReadyPrint MAX EcoTank “-U” model?
No. These devices remain the property of Epson and must be returned at the end of your subscription. They only function as part of an active ReadyPrint MAX subscription—once disconnected, they won’t print.
Is there a difference between EcoTank and EcoTank “-U” printers?
In terms of features and print quality, they’re identical. The difference lies in their purpose:
- EcoTank “-U” models (such as the ET-2850U) are built exclusively for ReadyPrint MAX.
- They automatically notify Epson when it’s time to send more ink—so you’re always stocked.
- These models aren’t sold separately and only operate with an active subscription.

If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.
