Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.
To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.
AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.
What You See is What You Print
If you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

Third-Party Apps
There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

Epson’s EcoTank ET-2726 is capable of printing, copying and scanning, which saves on both cost and space as only the one machine is needed to handle all tasks. This makes it great for anyone working from home who has limited storage space, as well as people based in smaller offices.
It is also possible to copy or scan files while on the move, as it has an LCD screen measuring 3.7 cm that can be used to navigate between the various functions without the need for a computer. Furthermore, it is compatible with Epson iPrint, so files can be sent to it for printing from a tablet or smartphone, which will suit those who work outside of the main office environment and hours.
The EcoTank ET-2726 is easily one of the most environmentally-friendly printers on the market, as it runs on ink tanks instead of cartridges. One of these equals 88 cartridges and enables 7,500 colour pages and 4,500 black ones* to be printed before needing to be refilled.
The ET-2726 further limits waste by providing the option of manual double-sided printing to reduce the amount of paper used. This makes it ideal for companies that want to promote a positive environmental image.
The EcoTank ET-2726's ink level display and tanks are at the front to make refilling and checking the ink easy, while the design of the bottles ensures that it is impossible to put the wrong colours in the tanks.
