  • David Wilson 18 January 2018 3 / 5 Value 2 Features 5 Quality 2 Performance 3 Lasted for 3500 pages, not repairable

Basically, this is a fantastic printer in every respect especially print quality, except that after 18 months it started behaving strangely and becoming unresponsive but with the fan etc. running, requiring a restart. Then after 24 months it died completely and is apparently uneconomic to repair (one of the circuit boards has failed) Far from being the cheapest, after 3500 page count it has cost me 35p per page..

  • Janice Oakes 18 May 2017 5 / 5 Value 5 Features 5 Quality 5 Performance 5 Buying from Printerlans

Luke couldn't have been more helpful. He sent us all the info on the printer and even helped us to decided on different options. will buy from them again.

  • Benayak Karki 07 April 2017 4.75 / 5 Value 5 Features 4 Quality 5 Performance 5 First for service

  • Fred Stokes 15 February 2017 5 / 5 Value 5 Features 5 Quality 5 Performance 5 Easy to use printer that's cheap to run

This printer is easy to install and commission. It has quality output even on cheap copier paper and its fast. We use it to print user manuals that include photographs and graphics. The running costs of this printer are low and the extended warranty option give us confidence that it will give good service. One tiny drawback of solid ink technology is that you can't laminate the print outs because the heat process melts the ink.

  • Raymond Stephenson 05 January 2017 5 / 5 Value 5 Features 5 Quality 5 Performance 5 Our second

Most printers are so cheap, once you've paid for a couple of refills you've run up a colossal bill - more than the cost of the printer. Top quality printing cannot be found any cheaper than this model (& its predecessor - our last printer). Better quality printing is not available anywhere.

    Xerox PagePack

A cost-per-page you can count on.

In today's economy, everyone is looking for ways to cut costs.

For most companies the ongoing cost of office printing – cost-per-print, routinemaintenance and service – is an unexplored opportunity for significant, cumulativesavings. PagePack will improve productivity and your company's printing costs.

How does PagePack improve your print environment?

A fixed cost-per-page. In an unmanaged environment, every document printed uses a variable amount of ink or toner. You paya different price for every print and the costs are unknown. Service calls are unpredictable and so are the charges. With PagePackall your variable expenses are consolidated. You pay a fixed cost-per-page that reduces overall expenditures.

Increase productivity. PagePack also saves on hidden costs, such as staff resources and prevents shortages of consumables,by simplifying ordering and vendor management. With PagePack there's no need to keep an inventory of consumables on hand. You can order themonline 24/7.

Free Remote Services. With PagePack Remote Services Platform you get real-time visibility of your Xerox networkeddevices; MeterAssistant® automates the process of collecting and submitting meter reads for accurate billing, so you pay for whatyou actually use.

Low Cost Colour - Hybrid Colour Plan

Now with Hybrid Printing plans you can print all the briliant colour you need whilst keeping in full control of your costs.

If you print a lot of colour, then the Xerox Hybrid Colour Billing for the Xerox ColorQube 8870 printer and Phaser 8860MFP could be for you, significantly reducing your print costs by up to 50%. This billing plan is based on the actual amount of colour used - when you use less colour, you pay less, rather than the one price for a colour page that most people are used to.

We use our technology to deliver these savings to you. Solid ink printers create images by printing tiny pixel dots of black and colour ink on the page. The devices automatically count the number of colour pixels used to produce each printed page, and tally individual pages on three separate meters - Useful (spot colour), Everyday (medium colour coverage) and Expressive (heavy colour pages). So you only pay for the actual amount of colour you print.

All print speeds, running cost calculations and consumable life cycles are MANUFACTURER ESTIMATES based on 5% per page coverage. Images are used for illustration purposes only

    Running Costs

-All consumable life cycles are manufacturer estimates based on 5% coverage per A4 page

*Estimation based on toner/ink cartridges only and excludes long life components such as image drums and fusers.
