Your plan includes everything you need to print without hassle: automatic toner delivery, proactive remote monitoring, on‑site engineer support when required, genuine Kyocera consumables, and full parts and labour cover for normal wear and tear. Do I need to choose a complicated plan?
No. Kyocera MPS is deliberately simple. You pay a fixed minimum monthly amount per device, and only pay for extra pages if your total usage goes above that minimum. No tiers, no confusing bundles, no surprises.
What is the minimum charge?
Each device has a clear minimum monthly fee. If your usage stays below this level, you simply pay the minimum. If you print more, you only pay the difference based on the agreed mono/colour rates.
Are colour and mono pages billed differently?
Yes, mono and colour have fixed page rates, but they only matter if your bill goes above the minimum monthly charge. If not, you just pay the minimum.
What if my printing increases suddenly?
No problem. If you print more than the minimum monthly allowance, you’ll simply be billed for the additional pages at the fixed rate. There are no penalties or hidden charges.
How long is the contract?
Kyocera MPS runs on a 12‑month rolling agreement and renews annually unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the anniversary date. No long‑term lock‑ins.
What do I need to do as a customer?
Just keep the printer connected to your network and ensure the Kyocera monitoring agent remains active. If you relocate the device, let us know. Everything else — toner ordering, meter readings, service alerts — happens automatically.
How do I track my printing?
Your device is monitored automatically, so there’s no need for manual meter reads. Usage reports can be provided on request.
