HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 in More Detail
The HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 7000 s3 sheet-feed scanner from HP is a powerful scanning tool for the busy office. Capable of scanning documents in their entirety with its one-pass duplex system, which captures both sides of a given hard copy, this high-performance scanner can process up to 150 impressions per minute, in both colour and monochrome.
Small scanner for big jobs
This HP ScanJet is slim and small, with a modern design. It frees up space in any office versus a machine with comparable specifications, yet it is capable of having up to 80 pages loaded into its document feeder, allowing you to leave large documents unattended whilst scanning takes place at an impressive 75 pages per minute.
There are number of HP applications that work with the ScanJet, including HP EveryPage, which allows the scanners to capture documents of different media sizes and types, as if they were all one. HP Web Jetadmin is also available, which allows you to monitor your scanner’s usage in the workplace, as well as identifying new devices, and getting feedback on which devices are producing the most scanning work.
More than just a scanner
Scanned images can be sent straight to a range of applications for further use, or even forwarded direct to a mobile device with the HP JetAdvantage Capture App. The ScanJet can also convert your documents into encrypted PDF documents, fully editable text files or other file types using state of the art OCR technology.
If you have certain recurring scanning tasks in your office or workplace, you can set their parameters on the ScanJet as a one-button setting, saving you time and effort on a daily basis.
Suitable for a range of media
Capable of scanning laser and ink printed paper, cut sheet paper, bank cheques, pre-punched paper, business cards, carbonless forms, freight tracking invoices, and plastic carrier sheets for documents that might get damaged under regular scanning conditions, the ScanJet is a one-stop scanning solution for any office.
