An all in one Printer which ticks all the boxes

From opening the box to printing my first document and now after 3 years of ownership my relationship with my printer has been happy and productive. The setting up was simple for such a multi-talented machine. I amazed at the speed and clarity of the printed pages from a printer that won't break the bank. It is a pleasure to be able to scan double sided documents and save them on my computer as a single file or copy and print them straight away. I am confident that the support is brilliant BUT I have never had to ask for it and changing the toner cartridges is child s play. My family and colleagues love being able to use it on my wi-fi network and my grandchildren are always asking to use the AirPrint facility. The ability to print remotely is also very handy when I am out of the office The icing on the cake is that all these abilities take up very little space.

I bought this printer as referred by a sales person, I wanted something robust for our family. It's given me nothing but trouble. It hasn't even gone through five reams of paper and I've had to get it repaired at a prohibitive cost already and now it's died. I didn't use it in the first year because I emigrated so the warranty was pretty much useless. I took that in the chin as I figured this was my fault but since then HP support is pretty useless as is their printer. I would NOT recommend it at all and will not touch any of their products with a barge pole.

I did a lot of research before settling for this printer. I needed a colour printer that could print, fax, scan and copy; one with a sheet feeder, duplex (double sided printing), USB, mobile phone printing and wireless capabilities. This printer ticked all the boxes. So far it's been amazing. I also had to do a firmware update (I recommend this) to solve some of the problems people have mentioned in their reviews - go to the HP support page and download the latest firmware update - best through a USB cable connected to your PC. You will then be able to print wirelessly from any device, even when the printer is asleep (it will wake up immediately it receives a job). Make sure you also download and install HP Smart on to all your devices to really enjoy this printer. This model comes with a decent size of printer toners at a great price. Printerland is a great company. Highly recommended!

Was 1 of 2 recommended to me by Printerland sales team, being a HP user a long time, i went with what i knew.. Reviews else where showed this printer in a negative light.. Well having used it now for several months, i can say, it was a good choice to make.. Replacing a HP inkjet with this HP Laser was a great decision.. Apart from photographs, there is no significant difference in quality, its prints faster and cleaner than my old inkjet printer, cost per page is down. No more continually swapping out cartridges. The added cash back and extended 3 year warranty from HP was an added bonus.. All in all, an excellent experience from both printerland and HP.

The quality of the product is excellent. It has all the key features and it looks modern and sleek too. The customer service was also brilliant. I spoke to a gentleman called Jake and he was very patient on the phone, and suggested other deals that we could get to ensure we make the best and most cost effective decision. The cashback scheme is also very good. If we are in need of a printer we will definitely visit this website again.
