The printer is easy to set up with the Epson smart panel app giving step-by-step instructions. Filling the ink is straightforward with no mess. I was able to connect all of my devices on the WiFi network. Easy to print from phone tablet and pc.

Amazing price
My new HP 4002dw is an amazing printer especially for the price. The offers available with my purchase meant that HP were practically paying me to take the printer not the other way around. It seemed too good to be true but it isn t there is no catch. Its got to the be the best deal on a printer

Less than a week and I love my HP LaserJet Pro 4002dn
Plugged in setup and printing in less than an hour. Firmware upgrade and setup on the other PCs on network in less than an hour. Now run out of things to tweak. It was literally plug and play. Appreciate the Microsoft store app. No software included all easily downloads from the internet. Specifically went for this as a wired network only non-colour single function printer as other devices do the other stuff. This is just for crisp clear quick double sided booklet printing which it does beautifully. Already printed over 500 pages almost all duplex. Is quicker than previous printer as I can t staple and fold a 3 page booklet by the time the next 3 pages are done like I could with my old printer. Paper capacity is smaller but can be upgraded. Printer driver doesn t seem to have a Print Preview option but this is not the printers fault

Early days but ... very pleased so far
It is a long time since I purchased a printer. My old Epson is headed for the tip. I have had it since December 2010 but the cartridges are expensive and I found myself cleaning the print heads a little too often. This new Epson model has replaced the old one and a ten-year-old HP laser printer. I'm looking forward to the lower costs of bottled ink compared to laser cartridges and the ink cartridges for the old Epson. So far the ET-4856 is working like a dream. I downloaded the Epson Smart Panel app and this made setting up the printer simple. Print quality has met all my expectations. Yes there is a bit of noise when printing but it doesn't bother me. I have tested the scanner and this works fine. I wish I had replaced my old printers a little sooner instead of waiting until I had used all the ink in the old machines. Also great service from Printerland.
