Great printer
Printer was easy to setup and works well. It comes with a great user manual which I consulted a few times as there are plenty of features which I didn't encounter before. There are two aspects which need improvement Quality when copying The copy function unfortunately does not replicate finer lighter details. I've played around with the settings but have not managed to improve the result. Scanning a document preserves all details though. Printing photos Quality is decent but not as good as my old inkjet printer. When looking at pictures closely you can see a fine dot matrix and the colours are not as vibrant as from the inkjet printer. The printer runs out of memory when printing an A4 picture in highest quality memory extension required

Kyocera M55526cdw
Decided to consider the Kyocera Ecosys M5526cdw due to good experience of Kyocera machines at a previous place of work. Although this machine is used in a home environment the features cost of the unit and also running costs determined my choice. Although have only had the MFD a number of weeks I have been pleased with the ease of setup and quality of the printed output and the ease of scanning either to jpg or PDF. Full marks to Kyocera and also Printerland who expedited delivery within days and also assisting in registering the warranty after I had a few problems.

Excellent printer and customer service
I ordered the wrong printer first time around by mistake so I returned it unopened and Printerland refunded very promptly. Second time around bought this printer and I can t fault the quality of the printer or the customer service. Printing and scanning all works flawlessly. Many thanks Only suggestion is that it would help to have photos of the printers in an office context to get a better idea of size. Some of the lasers are quite big and while dimensions are provided a photo would really help.

Great service and value; product looks good
After much to-and-fro I picked this printer as the best replacement for my home office. Checked-in with Printerland who confirmed it would meet my needs. Order placed Printerland definitely the best price I could find delivered in less than 24 hours. Others have said this printer is hard to set up I didn't have any bother with it though to be fair I am fairly confident with this sort of thing . The scan software that comes with it isn't perfect but is a million times better than Windows Fax And Scan surely the worst piece of utility software on the planet. The print driver for Win10 11 seems pretty flexible. I haven't used the printer much yet but its print quality looks great it's quiet warms up fairly quickly about 30 sec from cold much quicker after having been used recently . Non-printable margins on A4 paper are pleasingly small less than 6mm on all sides.

I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Luke in sales. Luke gave me excellent help and advice which helped me choose my new printer. Luke took my order an emails in regard the order were received straight away. At 9.30am this morning a knock at the door and my printer was being unloaded. At 11.30am this morning the printer was installed however it was not working properly. I called and spoke with Andy in Customer Services. Not 10 minutes on the telephone with Andy and we had exchanged emails showing the problem and he had sent an email showing me how to resolve the problem. Between you and me I think because it is really cold the machine still had not warmed up enough however I cleaned the toner and the machine is working perfectly. Well done Printerland.co.uk it was a pleasure dealing with you guys.

Pretty good printer for the office
I had 2 Xerox laser printers in the past to print around 1000-2000 sheets per week in the office. I had got used to them though once they started to age they really went down hill fast. So time to replace them... I found my printers were discontinued so I had to look for something else. Printerland recommended this and were a great help. Five star support. Told me about paper and ink costs sourced cheaper replacement ink etc. The printer was easy to set up. Came with a CD that was easy to use but we only have one computer in the office that can play a CD so I had to rip it as a .rar and then put on a memory stick. The printing quality is great but it thinks the tray is full when it isn't. It worked not so good the first week but after using it a while it settled down and looks to be a very sturdy reliable printer for us for the next 5 years. Fingers crossed.
