Customer Service that matches high quality product
Printer arrived today as promised by Printerland's 'next day delivery and appears to be a great product for a great price. Their customer-service even called me after placing my online order to check my requirements matched what I'd ordered and in the end I changed to another product same price but slightly better spec which was a better match. I liked this level of engagement with the customer. Well done Printerland and thank you.

Brilliant Printer
Not knowing much about printers I decided to order a Brother printer from Printerland. Before my order was despatched Richard Gresty phoned to tell me that the printer I had ordered was expensive to run and suggested a Xerox printer B235 was cheaper to run and included 1200 copies toner and would also fax. It would have been dearer but he matched the price I had already paid. After confirming my change to Xerox at approx 4.0 pm on Tuesday I was very surprised when it was delivered next day at 10.40am Setting up the printer was very easy and quick and connected successfully to my system Would recommend Printerland and speak to Richard for any help

Really good service
Printerland don t just provide you with the best price their aftercare service is just as impressive. I bought a Xerox C415 from them and needed a bit of guidance on a couple of the features Matthew could not have been more helpful. Within minutes everything was good to go and I have been so impressed with the printer. Matthew even followed up again a short time later to check all was still well.

Great customer service and good price
The printer is new and so far does what a good quality printer should do. It was easy to set up and easy to connect to my computers. I'm mainly writing a review because Printerland was brilliant. My order came quickly I was kept informed of when and when I emailed with a couple queries they came back to me almost immediately most companies say they'll get back to 'within 5 working days'. I've not used them before but I plan to only use them from now on. Good service from an online retailer with really good prices. Nirvana

The printer was a dream to set up and the first print results look great. Looking forward to the savings from using an ink tank system. The printer was smaller than I expected so that's a bonus. The only feature that would hve helped would hve been dual side copy.

The printer is easy to set up with the Epson smart panel app giving step-by-step instructions. Filling the ink is straightforward with no mess. I was able to connect all of my devices on the WiFi network. Easy to print from phone tablet and pc.

Amazing price
My new HP 4002dw is an amazing printer especially for the price. The offers available with my purchase meant that HP were practically paying me to take the printer not the other way around. It seemed too good to be true but it isn t there is no catch. Its got to the be the best deal on a printer
