My favourite brand
I had used Brother Printers for a decade prior to purchasing a popular printer brand. I ran into some problems and decided to go back to brother. I love that it can scan multiple documents into a pdf file instantly from the top feeding tray. It scans in A3 and prints in A3. I am very pleased. The ink levels telling you how many pages you have left is more useful than just looking at the gage. The user interface is intuitive. The image quality very good too. As a linux user they have good driver support as well. We can all use it despite all of us liking different operating systems. We have Windows Mac and Linux and no one had a problem with installation. Simply the best

Very impressed
Time for a new printer my old one was 10 years old New technology is very impressive. Brother have an excellent reputation. The printer was easy to set up from the box instructions all on screen. Connected easily to my laptop mobile phone and iPad. Printer quality excellent and very quick. Duplex printing easy. Links to emails etc unexpected bonus. Easy to put different sized paper through the manual feed.

Brilliant all round printer
Amazingly versatile printer scanner copier performing all functions up to A3 size including auto document feed and double-sided printing. Quiet and fast printing. Easy to set up I was printing within 10 minutes of getting it out of the box . Having two paper trays makes life easy for someone who uses both A3 and A4 paper regularly and the separate single sheet feed at the back means we don't have to take out a tray to print an envelope or a document that needs special paper. All in all a brilliant all round printer at a fabulous price

Really saved my skin with this printer
My printer failed just as I was in the middle of preparing materials for a children's club which starts on Monday. This is the current version of the same printer - handles A3 effortlessly and is fast and efficient. Printerland got the device to me really quickly and were so helpful. The installation process was easy once I had found the password on the back of the printer and the printer driver is full-featured. My only complaint is that despite this printer being almost identical to the last one the cartridges are not interchangeable so I am left with loads of useless and very expensive cartridges. Not Printerland's fault though.

Great printer and easy process
I really found the online comparison tool very useful as I had quite specific requirements from my printer and it would have been confusing if I didn't have this tool. The ordering process was clear and easy. The printer arrived promtly and in perfect condition. I would have liked it if Printerland stocked more paper products as I had to buy these elsewhere but otherwise totally great purchase.

Does everything you need for a very reasonable price The on screen information is helpful. Nice compact size too. The printer was shipped promptly and was well packaged on arrival. Should we ever need a printer in the future we would definitely recommend Printerland.

Fantastic service
Incredible service and that is from someone who never gives 10/10, except for Printerland. I know nothing about printers or how to set them up so I called Printerland customer services, just 5 minutes before they closed. they must have known I was calling because the phone was answered by a real person (yes not a robot!!!) within 2 secs. Despite the time they spent nearly 20 mins discussing my needs and then suggesting I was making a good choice. They told me to book on line and even helped me to do that, (yes I am not a techi freak). The printer, a Brother MFC-J5330DW what ever that means, arrived the next day by 11am. This was superb despite the fact I was late ordering. the price was amazing and at a similar price to other companies far lower grade printers. The delivery guys were also perfect. All in all an excellent co to deal with. RECOMMENDED.
