Prompt efficient service
As happens despite the low toner warnings we hadn't got around to ordering a new cartridge. It was 5 pm and the printer stopped working due to now completely out of Toner. Straight away we called Printerland the call was answered promptly by Luke Penman who simply asked for our postcode and knew exactly what toner cartridge we needed. He said I can't promise that you will get it in the morning but I'll send the order down now and there is a fair chance it will arrive tomorrow. Sure enough the Toner was with us by midday the next day and our printer was quickly back in action.
