Impressive Service & Great Printer
I originally ordered a Xerox 6515DNI which unfortunately ended up on back-order due to delays with customs thanks Brexit . When I rang Printerland to see if they had any updates still stuck Ashley was really helpful in advising on the alternatives available and then arranging to swap my order over to a Xerox C405DNW - which arrived promptly the next day. Having now got everything installed up and running I can say I'm really pleased with the C405 - quick to print great quality fast double sided prints. The scanner works well and the ADF with double sided scan makes scanning documents a breeze. The Xerox Versalink panel customisation means I can now easily scan directly to e-mail and or scan to Mac folders or network shared folders. Very pleased with the excellent advice and service from Ashey and Printerland - big thumbs up Happy to recommend you to others too.

Does everything we expected and more!
This printer has become an absolutely essential piece of kit for our small business we needed something that would let us print quickly print receipts scan documents to our email make photocopies. The set-up was super easy love being able to manage users online and even the tricky setting up of emailing documents was a breeze. Great value for the price sturdy relatively compact and no paper jamming.

Brilliant service
I wasn't really sure what to buy and ordered a printer and loads of inks then printerland called me and told me with the amount of ink I was buying I would be better off switching to a more expencive machine but cheaper ink saving me money over all. Plus the new machine came with 100 cashabck from xerox. I was so chuffed everyone at work loves the new machine and it's all just brilliant I would always use printerland in the future they obviously care about every order recieved and doing the best for their custmers.

Unbelievably Better
First of all the service received was excellent. I was pretty convinced I knew what I wanted because this is my third purchase of a colour laser printer. I wanted a combined unit to allow me to scan and print from one device. Within a short period after submitting my order for a different Xerox model Carl was on the phone offering me a better deal and suggesting that while Printerland could supply what I originally ordered a newer version was cheaper to operate and was only marginally more expensive. With a 100 cash back offer greater capacity the supplied toner cartridges and cheaper package on back up toner what is not to like. The spare toner arrived within 24 hours the machine itself arrived Monday after ordering the Friday before - Easy to install great print quality - Overall great service - no hesitation in recommending the machine and Printerland as a supplier.

A good printer, but complicated for home use
I do a lot of printing at home so wanted a good heavy-duty printer - which this is. It does excellent black and white and colour copies at a very reasonable profile per page. It is fast to operate does not jam and is not too noisy. However really it is an office printer suited to a network with good tech support. I found it complicated to set up and needed all three levels of Xerox's excellent phone support services to get it scanning proper. All the automated features are ing an app that requires access via the internet and also for you to know the internet modem extension identifier for the printer I have since got a new modem and have no idea how to find the new identifier and some other little-known details about your computer. Compared to say an Epson home printer it is complicated. I dread the day something goes wrong with it. Great quality printing though

A very happy Printerland customer
I first started using Printerland in 2017 and have been extremely happy with their recommendations product and support. With home working now the norm it was necessary to replace my existing MFP at extremely short notice. The recommendation as well as the product itself have been extremely good. My one comment to Xerox is that they need to make their interface more intuitive to cater for the smaller user
