It is not just the product but the quality of the telephone call - fast and efficient - and the speed of delivery the next day at 8.45 am. I work in the financial services industry and the overall service of companies taking over half an hour to answer the phone and then broken promises completing the service all blamed on COVID-19. My printer is at least five years of age but still produces excellent print outs and the cartridges are always of excellent quality So refreshing to see excellent service.

Replacement ink sticks
Printerland contacted me to check whether I needed replacement ink stick, and to advise me that Xerox were still running their warranty upgrade offer. Printerland were offering the best price (I did a thorough check on the internet), so I ordered the inks and they arrived the next day. I was text several times before the ink sticks were delivered, to update me on the progess of my order - excellent!

Great ink, poor price
I've had a CQ8880 for a while now, and the print quality is excellent. The colour ink sticks are great value for money, and printerlands pricing is amongst the best in the UK, but there's no reason at all for the black to be the price it is. The Asia version 108R00988, is almost half the price for exactly the same ink formulation - the only difference being little notches carved into the ink so it can't be used on EU printers. Great product 5 out of 5, 2 out of 5 for blatant profiteering.
