As a not very educated user I was faced with an eight year old printer which had never given me any trouble but had ceased working. It told me that I needed a new imaging unit,a new waste toner container and a new set of toner cartridges. My local store could not help and my usual adviser was away. What on earth were the first two items? Ashley Brown of Printerland was patient and kind beyond reason and all three arrived the day following my orders and my printer is working as good as new. Huray! and thanks. Oh, and the cost was very competitive,too
