Fred OKI Image Drum (30,000 Pages Black, 20,000 Pages Colour)
Product worked but not plug and play
Delivery OK but degree in Egyptology needed to interpret installation 'instructions' in Pictograms Needed 4 phone calls to solve it. Now installed and working OK I think but Oki needs to remember to keep it simple. Not everyone understands their instructions and errors are expensive when the kit costs 180 for a replacement. OK a ten year old could no doubt do this but it is 70 years since I qualified. Good staff attitude though.
