Had this printer for almost 4 years after exccellent customer service from Printerland in hepling me choose it. Works reliably although I did have a problem after a couple of years and the manufacturers were great at sorting it out as part of the multi-year on-site warranty. Great little addition to the business

A real workhorse
I purchased this machine about 2 years ago and since then it has been working hard every day. It is a solid and reliable machine with lots of useful features. I was particularly impressed with its ability to print direct from my iPhone. Toner life is good and it has done all the jobs I have thrown at it without any problems.

Excellent service from Printerland
Both the printer and the service from Printerland was fantastic! The printer is VERY reliable, great in performance and functionality. Everything works as expected and extra toner capacity was a great bonus. The sales representative from Printerland was actually really helpful and recommended me a model that was great for my business, cheaper overall and better in every respect - does not get better than that!

Great do-it-all printer
This printer does it all and does it all well. The wi-fi has proved very useful and allows the printer to be located in a convenient location rather than having to be next to my computer which was where my previous printer was. Means that it is easily accessed by all my computers including my iPad. The scanner works great. I was able to use my existing scanner software to access to and control my scans - I use Vuescan. I had to update the software that come with the printer for it to work properly and I had to does this by accessing the HP web site manually. The supplied software failed to update as it was trying to access the old Samsung web site (Samsung printers are now part of HP I discovered). The £150 cash back made this decision a "no-brainer"! The advise I got from Printerland before I made the purchase was great!!

next day but wrong lead,but next day
As I had a samsung C1810w (this being just colour printer only) which I had a paper jam due to leaving items on top stopping paper exiting, and with 85% toner left. cost of repair heated roller and labour was more then the cost of the printer. so more of a upgrade. Takes same toner. No booklet on how to use it. photo glossy paper works well. Nice print. As the old printer tray fit and all parts fit. I have spares. maybe not the heated roller! usb socket is under the power button hidden and not signed up. input from camera or mobile or use the app or tap on top of scanner. the scanner is used by Samsung Easy Document Creator software. this is not in the documents. but printland on the phone found the right samsung printer that took the same toner and replaced the two pin plug great service will use again....
