A fine printer with a wide range of features that I have not fully explored. The Printer control panel is easily seen and controls are intuitive. This printer has the easiest cartridge change feature I have yet encountered. Changing a cartridge takes only seconds. When ink levels are dropping the warning can get m little irritating but this is a minor and maybe helpful feature. I recommend this printer and wonder why it is not more popular.

Great service from Printerland with great communication and very fast delivery, I'm very happy with the printer everything works as expected and it couldn't have been easier to setup, I know this isn't the cheapest printer to run in it's class which Printerland informed me of, but the main reason for purchasing it was because I know how good Ricoh printers are for reliabillity.

Great Printer
I am really pleased with this printer so far. We had a laser printer which was very noisy and had only lasted us about 2 years. Granted we have only had this new one for a couple of weeks but its much quieter, fast, the photo copy function is superb and also we can scan documents into our computers. I do have a slight problem getting this function to work with the mac but thats probably down to me and not the printer!! Overall we are really pleased and the cartridge prices are much less than for the laser printer.

Why buy the Ricoh SG3100SNW
This is a gel printer, it is fast, with good quality prints on normal or glossy paper, it has duplex mode, it scans, handles multiple page scanning, it faxes and copies, the cartridge replacements are relatively cheap compared to laser ones. You can network via wifi or wired. It can be left unused without the inks drying out, making this an affordable printer for home, soho or larger office. Really impressed with build quality and features, for the money this an excellent purchase. Printerland delivered quickly and i would highly recommend them as a supplier.

Excellent Multifunction Printer and service from Printerland at a great price!. Supporting driver software on CD from Ricoh caused PC issues (BSOD) so I would advise downloading the latest version (TWAIN Driver) directly from the Ricoh website. All is working fine now!
