Great Printer from OKI
This is a great printer that does what it says on the box. print speed is great much quicker than my old printer. Connectivity is also much better being able to scan duplex etc.. straight to e-mails on a computer from the printer. We use it mainly for printing text - the print cartridges we always get the 7,000 page one as it represents much better value seem to last there or there abouts. Have had the printer over three years now have had to call in maintenance once for a spurious problem-( fault that kept appearing- but didn't affect operation)they came out within two days and changed the part and overhauled the machine at the same time. no problems since. Customer service at OKI although can take a while to answer the phone, are very good at helping with set-up problems.

Very good
Good all rounder, best printer I've had like canon and brother. Especially like the fact I can print from USB. Also with some printers the 1st toner lasts a very short while, this one lasted for a long time. Thank you OKI for a great product.

Oki 471 Multifunction machine
I've had this printer for 3 years plus and it has delivered "what it says on the tin". All of the Basic features work well. the print quality is great as is the copy quality. you don't quite get the 7,000 pages out of a Xl cartridge. Some of the other features i.e. setting up for scanning to e-mail are a bit complex for a non techie(still haven't got that bit to work yet!) Overall a good workhorse machine.

Simply The Best
Clear understanding of my requirements resulted in spot on advice. Excellent Value
An excellent printer/copier/scanner does all that it says and well. Pleased with the features particularly the duplex scanning and flat printing for card. A little large as a personal desktop printer and quite heavy to move but that said it is a brilliant work tool. Not tried faxing and probably won't but good that the feature is there.
