Lexmark B2338dw - Happy customer.
Excellent service and a printer that so far is doing exactly what I wanted. Ok it's nothing fancy, just a basic well priced and featured black and white networked laser, but that's what 95% of my printing is. It didn't take too long to set up and since then has stably sat on my network accepting any print jobs sent it's way. I've only had it just over 2months so fingers crossed it keeps on churning them out.

Takes the stress out of printing
After years of using inkjets, the Lexmark B2338d is nothing short of a revolution. I just wish I had made the switch years ago for schoolwork, general admin, as well as work and hobby projects. It’s like having an office printer at home, minus the queue and the paper jams. I purchased the printer just before lockdown, as working from home became a reality. It’s extremely robust and reliable. And fast (incl double-sides printing)! The printer didn’t break the bank and I don’t miss any features. I don’t yet know how long the cartridges last as I am still using the one that came with the printer. So far extremely impressed. In short, the Lexmark B2338d has entirely removed the stress out of printing.

Very good B/W printer for home use
I was looking to buy a no-frills black and white printer (with WiFi support) to print activity-sheets for my children during lockdown and support my work. I've no need for colour prints. My previous experience (naively speaking) of buying an inkjet+scanner+copier taught me that the running costs of a printer are high and they breakdown within a year. This printer does the job very well - so far I've printed 50 pages in 3 weeks and the toner is still showing 100% ink availability. In theory it has the capacity of printing 1000+ pages without you having to refill the cartridge and so far its staying true to its word. Changing the toner is ~ £25 tops so it is good value for money. I also bought the cable but havent used it because i setup wireless and it works fine. WiFi setup could have been easier. Once setup it works fine.

Excellent choice straight out of the box
Easy ordering, best price we could find and next-day delivery made buying this Lexmark from printerland easy and the printer set-up was blissfully simple. Plug it in, download an app onto your mobile and use it to connect to your wireless network in 3 steps, and you’re ready to go. Box comes with printer drivers on a disc, but if you don’t have a disc slot it’s easy and quick to download and install. Most importantly, it works. We’ve had several office move-arounds in the last two weeks and it’s been disconnected again and again. Each time it’s picked up the network as soon as the power goes back on and works straight away. No fuss. Print quality is what you expect from a good mono laser printer. Print speed is quick. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great machine at a great price
No nonsense machine, easy to set up, prints well, can't comment on cost per print yet as only just installed but toner isn't too expensive so hopeful it will be cheaper than last Brother machine we had. Overall really pleased and had good advice from your customer services with regards to which machine to buy. Great back up too.

Excellent & great value
Our printer at work stopped working and we needed a replacement quickly. A quick search online pointed to this Lexmark. Our concern was that the price was so low that we weren't sure if it would be good enough for our purposes. Having now used it for a month, we are really pleased with how good the print quality is - and with how much money we have saved!
