Lexmark CS417dn A4 Colour Laser Printer
This printer prints documents fast with extreme clarity and deep rich tailored colours. I love the double-sided print option I have saved on realms of paper. It is coming up to a year now and this printer has never let me down its strong durable I never suffered from any paper jamming issues. When not in use it automatically switches to sleep-mode and then jumps back to life with a print job has been sent to it. You can connect a usb in the front dashboard area select your options on the display screen and print direct from it. It is a great and quick feature not needed to connect to a laptop first but print and go. The only downside I have with this printer is that it is heavy to lift and move it around once its setup on a desk or table its established.

Solid workhorse for lots of quick, repeated jobs
We use two Lexmark CS727de printers for printing order forms commercial invoices export documentation and customer receipts with product images and return labels . Chose this model as it had low running costs and a fast time to print and it does well on both. Quality is good enough for customer-facing output. Handles standard A4 pre-perforated thin card and peel-off label stock equally well. Was easy to configure as two virtual printers to handle different jobs from multiple workstations and plays nicely with web integration using QZTray if you don't know what this is you don't need it if you do you do . Note these printers are very heavy it's a two-man lift needs a solid desk. Toner not cheap but does last a long time even with heavy usage and Lexmark offer lower prices if you use their return programme. Overall a good printer.

Should have done my home work
I bought this Colour Printer and was impressed with the print quality only to find a week later the print area developed a blue streak down the length of the Upright A4 print area which I thought would clear itself. It didn't but I only use the printer in-house for home use so it serves its purpose. But the Cyan cartridge is running out and I was shocked to see the cost of replacement cartridges, hence my headline "should have done my homework prior to purchase" so I advice your customers to do likewise or you should offer the information in your literature prior to people buying. Lexmark CS727 Laser printer
Price, delivery, performance, ease of use - you can't complain - albeit it was heavy carrying it upstairs!!! Very impressed with the quality of reproduction - especially when printing off copies of a magazine I publish for a local model railway club. The clarity of the half-tones has been favourably commented on by members. Speed of processing the print job has also been favourably noticed.

With the current situation the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever had. I placed my order and received a phone call shortly after, asking about my use etc the check id picked the correct printer for my needs. Great Colour Printer
Pros: Flawless constant duplex colour printing, been a year and no jams. Colours are vibrate and sharp no smudges. Clear on screen toner notification status display. Quick and easy toner cartridge changing on the side by flipping up the lid, insert toner, close it and done. Cons: It's a very heavy printer to carry, definitely a desktop printer.

Amazing Customer Service
Andy was fantastic from start to finish. The printers we had ordered were out of stock and without asking for a solution he advised they would upgrade us to the next model in the series at no extra charge to me.
