Exactly what I wanted at the price I needed
As a one-person company I soon found that my inexpensive (to buy) inkjet was too expensive to run. Printerland had some great deals but with a background of many years working with HP printers & me explaining the challenges I faced in setting up & working with the Epson printer they soon understood that I was likely to "get on" best with an HP model. We discussed some other makes where manufacturers were offering attractive discounts but concluded that the HP M553 was best suited for price, performance & supplies/operating cost. I stress "best suited" because I didn't choose the cheapest - the sales staff were at great pains to make sure that I had been made aware of the full range of printers within my price range & requirement. Thanks to their diligence and ability to listen I have been more than happy with both the printer and the aftercare & supplies from Printerland.

Excellent Printer
I bought this printer in December and have found it to be an excellent purchase. The printer was delivered on time and the setup of the printer was exceptionally easy. The printer has delivered on its promise with single and doubled sided printing in clear type and colour. Despite some people having trouble with the setting up of the printer, I had no problems at all. The best printer I have had.

Great service!
My old printer had broken and was beyond repair so I went online and checked out Printerland as a friend had recommended them. I found their website easy to use and understand and I placed my order for a new HP printer on Thursday morning and it was then delivered before 8.30am the following morning! I received emails constantly updating me with the status of my order and the printer was exactly what I wanted (as I had checked all of the specifications online beforehand). I would definitely recommend this company.

Great printer & easy to set up
This is a very good printer. I have a small business for which I need to print on paper as small as 95 x 170 mm and this printer is easily able to print onto this size and paper thickness of 140gsm. It was incredibly easy to set up - took me about 25 minutes. It's also quite small and compact so doesn't look too big in my small room. I would definitely recommend.

Purchase of HP Laser Printer
Most impressive service with next day delivery even though ordered at 4.00pm, and, especially noteworthy, was the phone call, before processing the order, from an agent who checked with me the details of my printer usage to be sure that the printer was suitable for me. The icing on the cake came when I unpacked the printer to find it had toner cartridges installed, despite the unbelievable low price of the object. Very good.
