Awesome printer
This printer is excellent and has exceed our expectations. It's strong, sturdy and well built which is something we were especially looking out for after our last printer broke from general use. The features are excellent (doubled sided printing) and has a very large paper storage capacity. It was fairly easy to set up (we use Macs) and network with our router. It has already helped us print the large volume of documents are business needs to process each month. The only down side is it is quite large and heavy but given the build quality and amount of functionality this printer offers we feel this is not too bad. Ink seems to last a very long time and we've printed over 500 sheets already without any noticeable dip to our ink reserves. Overall I would say the printer is excellent and great value for money!

Outstanding
Excellent service from Printerland, delivered and as what was ordered with no complaints from this office. - If using this printer with Mac OSX - be aware that when installing the driver it can change your page/paper defaults to US Letter making the printer only accept paper-feed via the MPF (Manual Paper Feeder). Dell Help Line (a misnoma if ever) had no idea, lost an hour of my life to them before working out the problem for myself.

Superb Printer
After 2 years with this printer I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to use. I mainly use this for printing A4 folded colour photo cards of around 100 run a time, the quality has been superb with very very few paper jams after almost 20k printed sheets. The cons to this printer is like most lasers, it's noisy once it gets going, and the sheets will curl due to the heat on the printed sheets, I find if you run them back through the machine by using the print blank sheets option in indesign it will curl them back almost flat. I made a huge mistake by replacing this with a ColorQube 8570 recently, luckily I never got rid of the 3130cn and it will be moving back in to my office soon. Seriously don't look anywhere else, a beast of a machine.
