Bought this after some desktop research. Excellent value and has some very good features (scan to email etc) Little trouble setting up that required some patience and working out how to correct error setting on machine (paper register set to Letter size as factory setting and couldn't get it to change. Solved by downloading additional software for Windows 10. Really pleased with purchase and great service.

Other that WiFi the printer seems clumsy compared with the iP 4850 that I bought to replace. Output is good, but a pain to have to reload a cassette every time one wants to change the size or type of paper used. It is far noisier and seems to clean heads far more often . . . Possibly the best available in its class, but to my mind, I wish they had not messed with an already good product - I shall be using my A3 6550 more often for mixed jobs.
