Excellent service.
I don't normally write reviews unless it bad or very good this is one of those occasions when the service as been excellent it was just a slight glitch with couriers software but it was only a days delay but the service I received to keep me updated on the situation was excellent numerous emails answered within minutes I will definitely purchase from here in the future. A special thanks to Matthew for his effort dealing with an old silver surfer like me. Top makes in my opinion. Peter.

When using Windows 7 and 8 this printer's performed was excellent. However since changing to Windows 10, I have been unable to download drivers that enable the printer to operate on scanning and printing.. My advice get an updated printer as I am being forced to do.

And it's Wireless!
This was bought as a replacement for my Brother laser printer that was about 17 years old so has a lot to live up to! Firstly, considering it is a multifunction device it takes up a surprisingly small space on the desk. It was easy to set up and I had it up and running within a few minutes. As a printer it is quick and, as always with lasers, the images are sharp and clear. Prints duplex with equal ease and quality. As a scanner it is quick and easy to use. I'm yet to use the fax option as I can't recall the last time I sent a fax to anyone (probably a feature they could drop). A great all round device and for the ridiculously low price (about half what I paid 17 years ago for the original) I doubt that you could get better. Replacement toner seems reasonably priced too. I can thoroughly recommend this printer for home and small office use.
