Lexmark have moved on to specially formulated Unison toner within their cartridges, a proven advance on their previous offerings. A faster release ensures that the first page of output from the MX721 appears in just 4.2 seconds. Internal components are also protected as the Unison toner reduces wear and tear, something allegedly compatible alternatives cannot hope to mirror. Furthermore, Unison toner runs at a lower temperature, meaning less energy utilisation. Combined with a proven lower carbon footprint per page, it is clear that there are multiple environmental benefits to be gained from sticking with original Lexmark cartridges.
The marketplace abounds with promises of 100% compatibility from cheaper alternatives to original toner cartridges, but using genuine toner delivers so much more than just quality output. Lexmark’s Unison toner offers benefits to your machine and the environment, as well as being the only way to achieve the pace and yields offered by the MX721.
