The Lexmark P450 Photo Printer is a thermal inkjet printer that produces superb photo prints at 4800 x 1200 dpi. With PictBridge support and a full range of digital media memory card support, this is the ideal solution if you want to print out your precious memories, or even burn them direct to CD with the integrated burner. We stock genuine Lexmark colour ink cartridges for the Lexmark P450, which yield 280 pages in standard size and 500 pages if you opt for high capacity.

On-board print head technology

Genuine Lexmark cartridges are carefully engineered to fit into the Lexmark printing process. The precision engineered print heads are built into a wafer-thin chip and then covered with a polymer nozzle plate. To give you an idea of how accurately the Lexmark P450 can place the toner on the page, each of these tiny nozzles is less than one-seventh the diameter of a human hair. These are key to controlling the size of the ink droplets and the trajectory of the ink. You'll only find this precision technology on genuine Lexmark cartridges, each of which carries a traceability code so you can check that they are the genuine article.

Lexmark inks

All Lexmark inks are engineered in-house to be safe and deliver outstanding and professional colour and monochrome. Each ink must pass 30 tests for functionality and reliability, including speed of drying and fade resistance. Lexmark's EverColour ink cartridges resist fading for decades and enable you to print both rich, saturated colours and crisp, razor-sharp monochrome from the same cartridge.
