OKI offer a variety of affordable MFPs, but in the OKI MB480 they placed the focus on the ability to process high volumes while maintaining their reputation for keeping costs to a minimum. The OKI MB480 powerhouse

Powering through extensive print demands is what the OKI MB480 was designed for. It doesn’t compromise on output quality – crisp prints are delivered to a 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution – but has a paper capacity of 580 sheets and with its highest yield toners it can produce 12,000 pages. Its first print appears in 5.5 seconds, with a subsequent work rate of 28ppm. Administration is performed remotely via OKI’s PrintSuperVision software, and direct scanning to FTP, email and fax among others is available in colour, while high speed faxing is also available.

It is clear that this printer was designed for a busy office with significant demand for large print runs.
