True information
I purchased this a while ago and what has impressed me most is that this printer actually achieves what it promises. All too frequently promises are made that are not then achievable but for example the printer is advertised as printing 45 pages per minute and it really can do that. It's a fairly large printer but the speed sharpness of print and ease of use make up for this. I would highly recommend the Xerox B400

To date we have found the Xerox B400 to be fast easy to use and reliable everything you want from a printer. The printer appears to be frugal on ink and we like the idea of the extended warranty which is available when buying toner which we need anyway

New version is an upgrade
This replaced an older Xerox printer which had served us well and its even though this was the equivalent model to the last one its a big upgrade in our eyes. Toners are cheaper than the old model so its already started saving us money. Other big updates are a large colour touchscreen which completely changes the way you use the printer for the better and despite the print speeds being the same on paper this new printer is noticeably quicker

We purchased this printer as we needed to invest in an extremely fast very heavy duty Mono printer and this Xerox seemed to be the perfect fit. From the very first print we were amazed by its speed. It has a huge duty cycle which is perfect for the volume of jobs we sent to it. It's a very impressive printer but does come with a price tag to match

Very straightforward on setup just a few easy to follow steps on its big screen and that's it. Simple, yet very capable
Simple yet very capable. I only required a black and white printer so it doesn't have a scanner or anything like that which is why I called it simple. That doesn't mean it isn't excellent though or worth its price tag. The printer is blindingly fast at printing and the print quality is razor sharp providing fine detail where needed. Large toners so very little need to change them even when doing large print runs

We needed two new printers
We needed two printers and both needed to be fast reliable and mobile connectivity was a must due to us having a range of mobile devices needing to print. For this printer we just needed something that would quickly and reliably print in black and white nothing fancy and that is exactly what we got. The Xerox B400 is brilliant and the large paper tray capacity means fewer trips to the printer to replace paper. The large screen is easy to use too meaning anyone can go to the printer and use it without having to be told what to do. AirPrint allows our many iPad users to connect easily and quickly.
