Quality product, Great price, Great supplier
Needed a new colour multi function device as my old Samsung was dying.. After much searching decided on the Xerox 6515. The functionality of the printer put it far above anything else in the price range all the usual but with the addition of both Duplex printing and Duplex scanning what wasn't to like Ordered at 3PM and it arrived just before 12 the following day despite being told that due to the box size weight it was shipped as a pallet delivery so could take up to 3 days Printerland called me within 5 minutes of placing the order to confirm I had ordered to correct printer didn't want need wireless and to explain about the delivery great service. Printer was exceedingly easy to set up literally pull packaging off load paper and plug in. Setup easy to follow takes around 2 minutes to complete. Print quality very impressive. Just be aware it is a BIG unit..

Great printer at a great price but limited for scanning
Printerland are great and for printing this Xerox 3345 is excellent and good value. I do just as much scanning as printing but the Xerox software is limited. You can't duplex scan from the software and the number of resolution options are limited. You can get better options on the printer itself but then you have to set up a SMB share or SMTP details both of which I could not get working. In the end I bought a copy of PaperScan Home 80 and this does everything I need. Great printer just a shame I needed third-party software to get the scanning part to work as needed.

Bought my Xerox Workcentre 6515 from them. Was going to buy another printer but they made the effort of calling me and i am happy with their advice. They also helped me set it up which was great. Order all my cartridges easily through them and delivery is always so quick.

Good all-round, with some issues
Generally good the downsides so far relate to the operation and functionality of the unit. Print quality is good for general printing but I can't say how well photos would print. The onboard display is clear and functional and the operating software for Windows is relatively straightforward with preset defaults but allocating a destination file to a preset for scanned documents isn't very intuitive. There is no software for Mac users you're left with air-print for all printing and scanning controls. The first unit was supplied was defective. Xerox promised to send an engineer but no one ever arrived. Eventually the unit was replaced by Printerland with authority from Xerox.

Great Black and White Laser Printer for Home/Office Pandemic Working
The Printerland Xerox B215 must surely be about the best for pandemic printing. It is just perfect for reliable intensive black and white office printing when working regularly from home. It has proved compact and light to move from room to room easy to set up with clear instructions and friendly Youtube videos to help if needed. The print quality and speed of printing and scanning are outstanding and the flexibility for automated duplex printing makes terrific savings day after day. Options for wired and wireless connectivity are another real advantage. The printer software always alerts users to printer status safeguarding toner an paper usage. Overall - thoroughly recommended.

It is my first time to try and but a printer . I kept searching all sites and stores to find a suitable printer however the only site that gives you enough and stisfactory information about printers is printerland. Bought this to replace another printer that went wrong shortly after the warranty expired 12 months . Chose this printer as only need B W and opted for the additional 2 year site based warranty. Very pleased with the build quality and print quality is what you would expect from Xerox. Added bonus is that it does double sided prints which the old one didn t. Price was the best I could find online. Experienced some initial delays with the delivery which were not directly related to Printerland. Printerland compensated me with a spare toner cartridge which was very fair and reasonable compensation for the delivery delays. Customer service by Printerland employees Matthew Rebecca has been exceptional throughout. Would thoroughly recommend Printerland and will be using them again. Many thanks.
