Sublimation printer
The printer will not work on a Windows 10 computer if you follow the supplied instructions. To make it work, plug in the USB cable, or the Ethernet cable( network), not both. Then let the PC find the drivers etc on the Internet and it will work. When I installed the instructions from the CD ROM they installed and then vanished, never to be found again. I have no idea where they are on my PC. The printer is supposed to provide printing of high quality photographs, superior to a laser colour printer on plain paper. It does not, the quality is inferior. However on special photo paper it may be better, but Ricoh do not tell you which paper to use.

Competent printer
Very pleased with this printer. Paper handling is excellent, jams are very rare occurrences. Prnt carts are expensive but outlast those on smaller printers many times over. I had a colour laser before this, after getting through a number of cheap inkjet printers, but the running cost was too high. This printer has lasted four years and still going, with reasonable running costs.
