What is a Laser Printer?Laser printers
are the preferred choice of printer for business environments and are designed to produce high quality text and graphics quickly and efficiently. Due to their ability to produce multiple prints in seconds and often at high volumes, laser printers are usually much more cost effective with a reduced cost per page price being a major factor for many SME and large enterprises. Many laser printers either include or can be upgraded with a duplex unit which enables them to produce double-sided (Duplex) prints without the need for user intervention.
The most common type of printers for business are colour laser printers
which enable users to quickly produce a multitude of documents from mixed colour and black & white documents such as letterheads and invoices to full colour documents like photographic prints. A3 colour laser printers
are also available for producing larger documents or poster formats.
Where colour production is not needed, printerland also stock the full range of mono laser printers
which will only print black & white documents usually at an even lower cost per copy than colour laser printers. A3 mono laser printers
are also readily available.
For more demanding users, managed print services can be provided for businesses that want to control their print costs by way of a fixed cost per copy payment plan available from our managed print
