Free next business day delivery is available on all printers and orders over £125.00 + VAT on the UK mainland.
Delivery for orders under £125 + VAT which are not applicable for free next business day delivery is charged at £6.50 + VAT on the UK mainland.
We can deliver any of our items to any address on the UK Mainland via next day courier service.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is also available, charges and time estimates will be calculated during or shortly after your order has been placed.
In normal circumstances, all your items will be delivered at the same time, via a single couriered service.
In the rare event that items need to be shipped from different locations you may expect a second delivery on the same day. You will be notified of this via the tracking information emailed on the morning of dispatch.

The manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In most cases you’ll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour, or in some instances, it may be extended up to 3 or even 5 years by the manufacturer. In normal circumstances a call to the manufacturer will resolve any technical issues you may have with the goods, you may be offered a replacement or repair under the terms of your warranty.

We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. However, business users will be charged an administration charge of 20% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to ourselves.

Free next business day delivery is available on all orders over £125.00 + VAT on the UK mainland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Eire.
Most items are shipped to you via ‘Next Working Day’ courier service. The cut-off for next working day delivery is 4:30pm. In the event of an item not being available via this service, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity.
