Printer Review We have had the OKI since Aug 2011, and overall we are pleased with it- however this week we had a message on the OKI to replace the Image Drum- we had not recd a prior message that this was about to run out- 16/1/2012-order place and I have now been advised that the order will not be recd here until 1st Feb 2012- Obviously I understand the problems in Thailand- but disappointed at the lengthy wait for the new part- as we will not be able to use for 2 weeks now. Maybe in future,OKI should have more in stock in case of a serious weather problem in future. Also, the estimate of the image drum on the Spec is 20,000, I have checked and our usage was just over 13,000. ???? Far short of the expected figure ???? So again disappointed in the performance there. Any comments with regards to this would be appreciated. Thanks, Jackie

OKi MC651 We had terrible problems with our Xerox and were loath to have our fingers burnt again - I phoned yourselves and your customer services staff were ace - they recommended a 14 day trial with the OKi MC651 which arrived o our doorstep the following morning.I have to say the whole team are really happy with its performance a big plus is that it is realively quiet.We will be taking on more staff soon and it is very likely we will need 1 or 2 more printers....when that time comes I won't hesistate to order the same printer!

Can't fault MC561 Received hassle free next day. We used to have an OKI multifunction printer a few years back and decided to buy another as the HP we bought wasnt very good. This MC561 prints like a dream and was easy to set up. Would buy another if we had the space :)

for the oki mc561 sadly we seem to have purchased the friday afternoon printer, and have had to have some major works to it already by the local oki engineer. It has now been running for a couple of weeks successfully, but on a lower demand thatn that which we had purchased it for, hence the ratings above

Toner for MC561 Multifunction Printer I find both the printer very good giving a crisp looking print. Toners very easy to change.Over all I am very pleased with this product.
