Fantastic advice and service
I had placed an order with Printerland for a different make and model of printer. I received an unexpected call to confirm my order and update me on the printer I had chosen was discontinued and the associated toner costs. Carl asked me how I would be using the printer and advised me of some special offers on other models that out performed the model that I had chosen. I chose the Xerox C315 and was able to receive cashback and an extended warranty as well. Unbelievable service and really friendly. I won't shop anywhere else for printers or accessories now. This replaced a much older printer in our office and the amount of features that this printer has is mind blowing. I think it will take us weeks if not months to try them all and there are probably some we will never use. The basics though printing scanning and copying are all very simple to use and work as they should. Initial impressions are good and we would recommend this printer

Perfect for us
When looking for a new printer we knew what we needed but didn t know which printer would do the job We only print in black and white but we needed to scan and copy too. We spoke to Printerland and they recommended this Xerox B415. Setup was simple and using the printer is easy. It has a big paper tray which is useful as we spend less time filling it up and more time do other important work. The large screen is very clear and is a big part of why the printer is so easy to use. We highly recommend Printerland and this printer

Clever software enhances the printer
As the title says the clever software that comes with the printer for free really enhances the printer. Xerox Smart start installs the printer in just a couple of minutes and you also get something called Print and Scan experience. I haven t used this for printing yet but have used it plenty of times for scanning and the more I use it the more features I find. A personal favourite is the remove blank pages option which does what it suggests however it s a feature you won t truly appreciate until you have used it. It really well thought out and helps the user as it should.

Brilliant Printer
Not knowing much about printers I decided to order a Brother printer from Printerland. Before my order was despatched Richard Gresty phoned to tell me that the printer I had ordered was expensive to run and suggested a Xerox printer B235 was cheaper to run and included 1200 copies toner and would also fax. It would have been dearer but he matched the price I had already paid. After confirming my change to Xerox at approx 4.0 pm on Tuesday I was very surprised when it was delivered next day at 10.40am Setting up the printer was very easy and quick and connected successfully to my system Would recommend Printerland and speak to Richard for any help

Excellent Versatile
I've had this printer for two weeks now and initial impressions are pretty good. I had little trouble setting up and either printing or scanning with Windows 7 or Windows 10. I was able to set up to print from Linux Ubuntu 18 but not to scan but I resolved this by in-place upgrading through Ubuntu 20 which still couldn't scan to Ubuntu 22 which is able to both print scan. I have successfully set up scanning to email and to a share on a QNAP NAS. The only thing that I can't get to work is any use with Windows XP which I still use to run hardware for which I can't obtain 64-bit drivers but while it would be nice at least to be able to print from XP it's not a show-stopper that I can't. My chief gripe with the machine is the weight of it and the consequent difficulty in finding a suitable piece of furniture robust enough to support it safely.
