Quite heavy so its best to have more than one person on hand when unboxing but once in place its remarkably easy to setup. I don t think it get much better than this printer without going for a professional lease but I didn t want to go down that route again as it was so expensive. I was told that this Xerox C415 is brand new and it shows as everything seems right up to date. So gar we are very satisfied with the performance and we haven t had any issues either. We recommend this without hesitation but if things change I will be sure to update my review
