Lexmark X543DN Review I was after a low priced Laser colour multifunction printer. Printerland recommended this and I must say I am very impressed indeed. Print quality and copy quality are great. Really impressed with the box and Printerland's staff expert knowledge.

Lexmark X543dn I’d bought goods from printerland before, and always get the same high quality customer service. I bought this printer because I wanted to print and scan in colour. I was able to use this Lexmark printer for both printing and scanning ok, and felt I got myself a bit of a bargain. The photocopy feature was a bonus. I then got a new computer (OS windows 7). This is when the trouble all started. Weekly contact and instructions to get the Lexmark to scan etc. form lexmark customer support, I clocked up over 70 hours work following instructions trying to get the scan software to work. Last week I conceded and got a new scanner. If your Lexmark does not scan, you may be in for a tedious time.

X543 The printer bit work ok. You need to be a genius to get the scan software to work. Asking for help will cost you hours, days, and weeks of following discussions - I am not exaggerating! I will not buy this brand again, there are better products on the market - look beyond the price.
