MX880 Ordered this printer latish on a Thurs afternoon, delivered 9.30 on the following Monday. Excellent service. Set up took approx 1 hour (I did not rush) and was very easy. By the following Friday I had printed over 200 letters and envelopes and hardly any inks used.

CANON LEAD AGAIN Every thing you want in one package, albeit not a small package.Have to give the printer 5 stars all the way,this replaced an epson r800,scanner and fax machines,so all in all less room is needed.Photo print quality is excellent,and will match anything produced by the R 800.Photo copier is fine for home/office use and again will produce excellent results.The first machine i received from printerland was faulty,however customer service was nothing short of fantastic.On the first call they connected me to Canon,who,after a few test told me the printer was at fault.On the second call to printerland they offered their apology, would i like a refund, same machine or a different machine, same machine please.Replacement dispatched same day.A problem can arise with anything, its how the problem is dealt with that sets the retailers apart.Many thanks to the staff at printerland.
