Return unopened cartridges within 6 months*
Should you purchase from us and need to return your cartridges, you can do so within 6 months of purchase.
Items must be in an unopened and unused condition and any packaging must be in its original undamaged and unmarked condition.
The return must be arranged in advance by calling our Customer service team on 0800 995 1992
The return of goods is entirely at our discretion. The sender must cover the carrier charges incurred to return the items safely.
