Terms & Conditions
  • Kyocera On-site printer warranties must be purchased within 18 months of the printer purchase date

  • If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone or with a user installable part, then a Kyocera engineer will attend your premises depending on your Support package to attempt to repair the product


Exclusions

Unless agreed in writing by Kyocera, the warranty will not include:
  • Failure to clean and maintain the Product in accordance with the User Manual

  • Paper jams except those paper jams caused by a proven manufacturing defect


  • Repair caused by connection of fitting and/or accessories not approved by us to the Product


  • Any damage to, or modification to the Product and/or Software by third party company or person other than our authorised representative
