The HP Deskwriter series of printers (cousins of the more well-known HP Deskjet series) are affordable convenient printers aimed at the home user. They’ve been around for a long time – the original HP Deskjet was released in 1988 and was the first commercially available inkjet printer for the mass market.
HP (short for Hewlett Packard) focuses on simplifying technology experiences for all of its customers. The more recent HP Deskwriter and HP Deskjet models are compact and wireless. They are affordable printers designed to fit your space and life. They can print, scan and copy – at only half the size, they can contain all the features of a traditional all-in-one printer. They have Easy Mobile Printing as standard – the easiest way to print from your mobile or tablet. Replacement ink is widely available and cheap to buy. It’s this ease of use and affordability that makes them the most popular printer on the market.
Print cartridges are available for the HP Deskwriter 520, the HP Deskwriter 540, the HP Deskwriter 550c, the HP Deskwriter 560c, the HP Deskwriter 600, the HP Deskwriter 660c and the HP First Deskwriter. To give you an idea on the page yield for these printers, a typical cartridge should yield around 795 pages. Yields vary considerably depending on images printed, print settings, paper type, frequency of use and external temperature. For best print results it is recommended to use the cartridge within six months of opening the packaging.
Printerland will only supply original, genuine manufacturer produced consumables. It is recommended with HP Deskwriter printers that only genuine HP Deskwriter or HP Deskjet cartridges should be used and that they should not be refilled. The use of other inferior products will result in poor print quality and may damage your printer.
