These are v1.0 and v.20, and the decision on which software you should use depends on your machine.<\/p>\n<p>If your machine is using version 1.0 of the Google Print software, your printer is Cloud Ready but needs to be connected to the internet in order to send digital files between your device and printer.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/intl\/en\/cloudprint\/learn\/printers\/\">if your printer uses version 2.0, it is still Cloud Ready<\/a>, but the printer or the printing client don\u2019t need to be connected to the Internet in order to print your documents. <\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re computer isn\u2019t cloud-ready but can connect to wi-fi, you might still be able to set up with Google Cloud Print.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits of mobile printing<\/h2>\n<p>When it comes to printing documents, a Google Cloud Printer can offer your business additional benefits with the most notable being a surge in productivity. In fact, it\u2019ll take much less time than configuring a printer that requires devices to be physically connected!<\/p>\n<h3>On a Chromebook <\/h3>\n<p>It\u2019s easy to enable Google Cloud Print on your Chromebook.  Simply follow the steps below:<br \/>\n1.\tOpen the Google Chrome web browser<br \/>\n2.\tClick \u2018more\u2019 and \u2018settings\u2019 on the browser tab<br \/>\n3.\tPress \u2018show advanced settings\u2019<br \/>\n4.\tSelect \u2018manage\u2019 under the Google Cloud Print section<br \/>\n5.\tSign into the browser with your Google account<br \/>\n6.\tSelect your printer from the list <\/p>\n<h3>On a phone<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019re also able to use Google Cloud Printing on your mobile phone. To do this, install the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.printerland.co.uk\/Google-Cloud-Print-Printers-C25215.aspx\">Google Cloud Print<\/a> app, which is available on any smartphone. Then open your phone\u2019s settings and head to \u201csystem\u201d.
