Customer Questions & Answers

Can't find the answer you're looking for? Our printer experts are here to help! Ask a Question
  • Will the Xerox DocuMate 3920 connect to / work with the Xerox 7800DN?

The Xerox DocuMate 3920 and the Xerox Phaser 7800dn are able to work together over a network. However, the DocuMate 3920 will not work directly together by attaching the scanner to the laser printer. The only way around this is using the machines individually and use them together through the use of a USB stick. This is because the printer can print from USB and the scanner can scan to USB also.
