SERVICE AND DELIVERY OF PRINTER
I ordered my HP printer on 5 may 2021 and it was delivered very promptly on 6 may 2021 .Printerland thus fulfilled to the letter their delivery programme which was very welcome given delays experienced elsewhere . So well done and an impressive performance coupled with helpful information given by the enquiry team when discussing the options available of alternative models The printer itself proved to be more complex to install than I anticipated and the booklet is of little help in the end I used the live chat option with HP in the USA which worked very well once I handed over the installation to the technical department and so far it is proving to be very good.

Received my printer today as advised ordered yesterday. Printer exactly as expected actually exceeded expectations. Sales person very knowledgeable and helpful provided clearly what was available and helped me make the right decision as to the best printer for my home needs. This printer is a step up from my basic entry level printer I have been using for home working since Covid and now wish I had made this decision earlier as the costs of ink will be so much cheaper ongoing. All in One Perfection
I purchased this Printer in August 2020 and now 14 weeks later it's never missed a beat. It was simple to setup, simple to use from all connected devices and continues to efficiently print all my business and personal needs. I thought I'd miss an A3 Scanner Bed but I haven't, the compromises I'd have to make and the extra cost for a device with this feature aren't an issue. Best feature for me is the ADF Scanner, works regardless of paper grade and thickness (some Scanners don't like the darker sheets typical of recyled paper). 3 Year Warranty Extension and Cash back offers were available and taken. Thanks, I've recommended you to some of my colleagues.
