Exceptional customer service ensured that we were not left with a new printer and no ink. Having ordered additional ones of each of the coloured cartridges included in the start pack Printerland customer services picked up that we were missing a black. They took the trouble to phone us and let us know. One black later and we're ready to roll. Much better service than a massive supplier who pays no tax!
